Regardless of where you’re located, prepare yourself for Sage, the musical duo of Maria Pennello and Phil Carollo. ArtMusic CoffeeHouse in East Stroudsburg will host their Sunday, June 17th performance starting at 8:00 pm, but that’s not all–they’ll also have a live webcast on their website at that time, so you’ve got no excuse for missing it! If you’re be going in person, meet your hosts Don Slepian and Jan Julia, tell them the folks at AMP sent you, and enjoy the great atmosphere and plenty of refreshments. At ArtMusic CoffeeHouse you’ll find a thriving audience of music lovers who keep coming back for the diverse talent, and probably a few new faces.
Maria and Phil are a two-musician group with the power of a four- or five-person band. They’re eclectic, they’re unique, and they’re good. If fishing for canned music on iTunes isn’t your idea of a good time, try this instead. Get directions here and be sure to arrive between 7:00 and 7:30.
If you like music or cars (and we sincerely hope that you like both!), come see the Cruise to the Music Festival in Jim Thorpe, a benefit event for United Way of Carbon County.
Admission is FREE for this event, where the ’50s will come alive with classic cars and entertainment at the Jim Thorpe Memorial Park on Saturday, July 21st starting at 1:00pm. There will also be more contemporary music, featuring some of AMP’s favorite performers; stay tuned to find out who they are! Also be sure to check out our new Event Calendar, and check July to find this event.
